About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operative Team Leader to join our team at Staffline Operations. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 people in a specialized area of the site, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to, and communicating any issues with the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 10 people in a specialized area of the site, such as injection, meat press, or sealing.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Communicate any issues with the management team in a timely and effective manner.
  • Load products into machinery and place products onto racks.
  • Move products around the various process stages.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Conscientious attitude towards health and safety.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure.
