We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at the Hope & Anchor pub in Hope Cove. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate individuals who share our passion for delivering excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of bar and waiting staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the pub runs smoothly during your shift, including managing stock, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
