Team Leader - Topsham

At St Austell Brewery, we're looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in Topsham. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate individuals who share our passion for delivering excellence.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, including managing stock, supplies, and equipment
  • Providing training and development opportunities for team members
  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
