Job Title: Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Glassmoon Services in St. Austell, Cornwall. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager in ensuring individuals receive high-quality care and support.
  • Provide leadership to the care team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Supervise the service, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support individuals to maintain their skills and personal interests.
  • Maintain skills at a current level, engaging with learning and development opportunities.
  • Carry out safety checks and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks.
