Join Our Team as a Team Leader

Glassmoon Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team in St. Austell, Cornwall. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, while providing leadership and guidance to our care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in ensuring individuals receive high-quality care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
  • Supervise the service, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Support individuals in maintaining their skills and personal interests, aligned with our person-led support delivery model.
  • Maintain skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • Carry out safety checks, risk assessments, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks.
  • References.
