About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our Private Equity team at Dartmouth Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our senior relationship managers in all aspects of fundraising project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials, including financial models and market research
  • Draft marketing presentations and fund documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct market analysis and research to inform investment decisions
  • Support senior relationship managers in preparing for ad hoc investor meetings and internal projects
  • Respond to investor-specific requests and track investor information
  • Monitor fundraising efforts and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and modeling skills
  • Ability to conduct research, solve problems, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a high level of responsibility
  • Experience in a similar role at a leading investment bank or private equity firm
  • Excellent educational background from a world-class institution
