Our Investment Banking division is organized across Industry, Country, and Product coverage teams. These teams work together to provide solutions to our clients on a range of strategic topics, including Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Capital Markets advice.

Our Summer Analyst programme is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of what it's like to work as a full-time Investment Banking Analyst. During the summer, you will have the opportunity to work with all of our industry, country, and product coverage teams.

Training and Development

Your training and development is our top priority. We offer extensive formal training at the start of the programme, as well as on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.

As a Summer Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include:

  • Working on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product, and country coverage groups, providing you with a unique learning opportunity.
  • Helping the team deliver solutions to clients, leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities.
  • Actively contributing to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysis.
  • Building relationships, knowledge, and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career opportunities.
  • Actively participating in executing transactions, including work with clients as well as representatives of other investment banks and other advisors.

Through our unique Polling System, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas, giving you a broad understanding of the investment banking profession and offering you the chance to explore your best fit for a full-time placement.

Candidates are required to be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Academic semester and all studies should be complete, with a graduation timeframe between September 2025 – June 2026.

Fluency in English is essential for all roles, and a second European language may also be required for some roles.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus creativity.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and interact with a variety of people.
