Our Investment Banking division is organized across industry, country, and product coverage teams. These teams work together to provide strategic solutions to our clients on a range of topics, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets advice.
Our Summer Analyst program is designed to offer a comprehensive and engaging experience of what it's like to work as a full-time Investment Banking Analyst. During the program, you will have the opportunity to work with all of our industry, country, and product coverage teams.
Training and Development
Your training and development are our top priority. We offer extensive formal training at the start of the program, as well as on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.
As a Summer Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Working on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product, and country coverage groups to gain a unique learning experience.
- Helping the team deliver solutions to clients by leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities.
- Actively contributing to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysis.
- Building relationships, knowledge, and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career opportunities.
- Actively participating in executing transactions, including work with clients and representatives of other investment banks and advisors.
Candidates are required to be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Academic semester and all studies should be complete, with a graduation timeframe between September 2025 and June 2026.
Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in German is desirable. You will need to demonstrate drive, innovation, and a genuine interest in the financial markets. Teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus creativity, are key qualities, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and interact with a variety of people.
