Director of Data

At Data Idols, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data function and drive strategic growth. As Director of Data, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire data lifecycle, collaborating closely with our CEO and CTO to inform business decisions, and cultivating a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, aligning with business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Establish and maintain data governance, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities

  • Proven experience in data leadership, with a strong track record of driving business growth through data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
