Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our education and training programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective delivery strategies, managing our assessment and verification processes, and ensuring that our courses meet the highest standards.

About the Role

  1. Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement effective education and training programs that meet the needs of our learners.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our education and training programs, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards.
  3. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our courses meet the highest standards.
  4. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to ensure that they have the resources and support they need to deliver high-quality programs.
