We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Divisional Director of Operations for the Division of Surgery at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
As a key member of the Hospital Management Board, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare and employment opportunities for the people of Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operational team delivering services across 3 Care Groups, employing 1,500 staff.
- Divisionally lead the delivery of the Trust Improvement Plan and oversee the operational delivery of safe and efficient services.
- Work alongside the divisional triumvirate team to develop and implement long-term strategic objectives.
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in a senior management role within an acute NHS hospital, with a proven track record in supporting healthcare teams to deliver high-quality services.
Key qualifications include a degree-level education, a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in leadership or management, and experience in financial and operational management.
You will also need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of operational services, key performance indicators, and compliance, as well as excellent leadership and motivational skills.
