Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team responsible for retail, visitors, events, arts and cultural programming, and catering
  • Collaborate with the executive team to inform business decisions and drive innovation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and leadership experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
