About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Revolution Beauty Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new and existing products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Lead the development of new and existing products, from concept to launch, ensuring they meet consumer needs and brand standards.
  • Category Strategy: Work closely with our commercial and brand teams to develop and implement category strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Research and Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop new product ideas that meet consumer needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Quality and Excellence: Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence, and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Cost Management: Manage product costs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and meet consumer expectations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer insights, using this information to inform product development and launch strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or business.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of product development, including formulation, packaging, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Passionate about beauty and consumer products, with a strong understanding of consumer needs and trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and excellence.
