AFC MI Reporting Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled MI Reporting Analyst to join our AFC UKI team in London. This 6-month contract position offers a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in managing critical processes to keep management informed.

As an MI Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and editing reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to stakeholders across the AFC functions and business lines. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing MI and reports that are concise, timely, and provide value-added insights to the AFC UKI Regional Head and Management team.
  • Building narratives and storylines for reports, including annual submissions to regulatory bodies and monthly UKI reports to regional stakeholders.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders through regular meetings and report presentations.
  • Aiding ad-hoc requests in remedial activities for audit findings and requests, as well as regional monitoring and reporting.
  • Driving efficiency and data improvements of our AFC reports, ensuring continuous quality enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and writing skills, including Excel proficiency. You should be able to multi-task, prioritize workflow, and have exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a sufficient understanding of Anti-Financial Crime concepts in the banking industry and experience with remedial activities for audit actions.
