About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and providing sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of our residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their well-being.
