  3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  4. Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Facilities, and IT, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
  • Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
