The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the forefront of helping people find their dream homes while building a rewarding career in property sales. Your key responsibilities will include conducting property viewings and valuations, negotiating between buyers and sellers, managing your own portfolio of properties, building strong client relationships, contributing to the branch's sales targets, utilising the latest CRM systems and property portals, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Estate agency or lettings experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Professional sales experience in any sector considered
  • A full clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A results-driven mindset
  • A professional appearance and manner
  • Good IT literacy
  • Flexibility to work some weekends (rota basis)
