Location – Southampton

Hours – Full Time, 40 hours

Salary – OTE £26, + benefits

The Patient Advisor role is a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring our patients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. As a Patient Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, and you'll play a vital role in building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations
  • Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
  • Introducing patients to their optometrist
  • Scheduling treatment dates
  • Discussing finance options
  • Accurately maintaining patient records
