Job Title – Patient Advisor
Location – Optical Express
Hours – Full Time, 40 hours
Salary – OTE £26, + benefits

As a Patient Advisor, your role will be to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
- Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
- Assisting in patient consultations
- Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
- Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
- Introducing patients to their optometrist
- Scheduling treatment dates
- Discussing finance options
- Accurately maintaining patient records
