Pastoral Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team in Kingston-upon-Thames. As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioural needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students to help them overcome personal challenges and develop essential life skills.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and the pastoral team to implement school-wide initiatives and improve student wellbeing.
  • Help identify and address emotional or social challenges students may face, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, guiding them through their educational journey and helping them achieve their full potential.
