About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Howden. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling their insurance requirements, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and handle all work promptly and accurately, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Handle all queries, whether written or verbal, in a professional manner and process effectively in line with service standards.
  • Produce accurate and professional documentation at all times, including policy documentation and client communications.
  • Process adjustments in line with procedures, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premiums.
  • Refer all queries that fall outside your experience, knowledge, and authority to senior staff.
  • Issue policy documentation and deal with client payments in line with Howden procedures.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in meetings as and when required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months customer service experience is required for this role, dealing with high-volume calls.
  • A minimum of 12 months administration experience is required for this role.
