About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Private Wealth Team at Mercer Private Wealth. As an Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their portfolios are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including preparing meeting packs, reports, and presentations.
  • Obtain and analyze information from providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Assist in the retention and development of existing clients, providing support to the team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Mercer's best practices and standards.

Requirements

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT experience, including proficiency in using IO (intelligent office) system.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads.
