Job Title: Female Night Support Worker

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Night Support Worker to join our team. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients to thrive.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Female Night Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to a lady in her 30s. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience in a relevant support worker role and be passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety and depression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to our client, promoting independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support our client to engage in activities and hobbies that promote social interaction and community integration
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our client
