Thrive Group is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their team in Chippenham. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with existing clients, and providing general operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone and email outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Process orders, arrange deliveries, and manage stock levels to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely order completion and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B customer service or sales, with a strong understanding of order and stock management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or construction is highly desirable, as is exposure to technical product ranges or equipment repairs
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in CRM systems

  • A competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
