Senior Activity Planning Specialist

About the Role:
The Senior Activity Planning Specialist will play a key part in the development and implementation of activities that delight our residents. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating essential fundraising events, promoting social interaction among residents, and providing support to the care home team. A background in activity programme development and experience working with vulnerable individuals is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
- Collaborate with the care home team to promote social interaction and a sense of community among residents
- Develop and implement fundraising events to support the care home
- Manage and maintain accurate records of activity planning and implementation
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues in activity planning and delivery
