About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and community outreach initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues in the development of activity programmes
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive care home environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in a care setting
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
