Brook Street NMR is seeking a Production and Materials Coordinator to join the UK Production Team. This role will provide initial support, progressing to key member of the team with additional duties and responsibilities. You will work alongside the Production Manager and other production team members, liaising with them to fulfill your duties.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of ERP processing
  • Ensuring effective interface between design and production
  • Maintaining control of products and materials through production flows
  • Maintaining production plan to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Liaising with key suppliers
  • Ensuring accurate stock management
  • Liaising with other departments to deal with inquiries efficiently and successfully

Compliance responsibilities:

  • Management of all processes in accordance with issued procedures
  • Ensure compliance of any activities to General Data Protection Regulation, performed in accordance with approved internal policies and procedures, including Data Protection Policy

Key skills and abilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience with ERP Systems (M3 preferred)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Well-organized
  • Health and safety conscious
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good time keeping and attendance
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is upheld
