About the Role
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced North American Property Specialist to join our team. As a NA Binder Property Risk Technician, you will be responsible for handling a mix of Binders and open Market risks, producing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing documentation, including MRCs and Endorsements, and Certificate issuance
- Preparing and typing of letters and emails, and other correspondence
- Maintaining online filing and archiving systems
- Entering data onto the Global system
- Obtaining Bureau Signings and arranging extension to terms of trade
- Dealing with queries from Brokers and clients
- Calculating pro-rata/short rate additional/return premiums
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Technician handling NA Binder business, ideally in Non Marine or Property business
- Experience in producing endorsements/slips, ideally with knowledge in Forestry business
- A can-do attitude, personable, and a good team player
