The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Broker to join our team, specializing in the placement of North American Property Risks into Binding Authorities and the London Market Insurance.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with markets, clients, and underwriters to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure the smooth placement of risks, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Negotiate terms with underwriters to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Provide exceptional service to retail broker clients, building trust and loyalty through proactive communication and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Lloyd's Brokerage, possessing excellent market and client-facing skills, as well as solid communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Lloyd's Broker, with a proven track record of success in placing North American Property Risks into Binding Authorities and/or Open Market.
  • Strong understanding of the London Market Insurance and its complexities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing assistance and support where needed.
