Senior Broker Technician - North American Property

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Broker Technician to join our North American Property & Casualty Division. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with brokers to ensure the effective placement of risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Produce client and market documentation, including MRC Slips and Endorsements
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with premium closing and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare for and contribute to internal meetings
About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Broker Support/Back-Up role for a Lloyd's Broker
  • Proven expertise in creating MRC Slips and Endorsements
  • Strong knowledge of North American Property Risks (US or Canada)
  • Excellent attention to detail and technical skills
  • First-class communication and interpersonal skills
  • Methodical approach and team player
