About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Broker to join our client's North American Property Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for placing North American Property Risks into Binding Authorities and the London Market Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Placing North American Property Risks into Binding Authorities, as well as the London Market Insurance
  • Building and maintaining relationships with markets, clients, and underwriters
  • Working closely with technicians to assist with market documentation to ensure the smooth placement of risks
  • Negotiating terms with underwriters
  • Maintaining relationships with retail broker clients and providing a first-class service
  • Providing expert advice to clients on property insurance solutions
  • Working collaboratively with the team and providing assistance where necessary

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

7+ years of experience as a Lloyd's BrokerExperience in placing North American Property Risks into Binding Authorities and/or Open MarketStrong market and client-facing skillsSolid communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
