Job Summary
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Handler to join our team. As a key member of our North American Property team, you will be responsible for handling Open market Property risks and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing documentation, including Open market MRC slips and endorsements, as well as some BAA slips + Endorsements.
- Preparing and typing of letters / emails and other correspondence.
- Maintaining online filing and archiving systems.
- Entering Data onto the Global system.
- Obtaining Bureau Signings and arranging extension to terms of trade.
- Dealing with queries from Brokers and clients.
- Calculating Profit Commissions & E2I's.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Technician/ Broker Support Technician handling NA or International Non Marine or Property business.
- Experience in the production of MRC slips.
- Technically astute, highly literate with excellent planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Drive and motivation to adapt well into a diverse and growing team.
