Community Accommodation Officer

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work in the community and make a real difference. You'll be responsible for ensuring our homes meet the 'Decent Homes Standard' by maintaining cleanliness and reporting repairs. As this role requires travel, you'll need access to a vehicle and a full clean UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage their diary to meet the requirements of the role, meet with service users to discuss support needs, and complete Support and Safety Plans. They'll also work with Community Probation Practitioners and court staff to best support our service users.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in people, adaptability in communication style, and acting with integrity. Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel is also required. Additionally, you'll need to be ICT literate and able to manage competing priorities and stay organized.
