About the Office

Penshaw View Recruitment is a dynamic and growing consultancy services and training provider that offers HR and H&S consultancy and delivers training programmes throughout the UK.

We are currently seeking a skilled Office Management Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all business operations, including data input, report preparation, and general filing. They will also build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients, answering phone calls, taking messages, and connecting calls to the proper departments.

As part of this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in business administration, finance, and law through the completion of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship internally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft packages. They will also possess good organisational skills, being able to prioritise work and manage their own workload effectively.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organised individual who is looking to develop your skills and career, we would love to hear from you.
