This role is part of our EMEA Asset Servicing team and will be responsible for governance, oversight, and adherence to frameworks for EMEA Asset Servicing COO, with a focus on the UK Senior Management Regime (SMR).

The incumbent will support the EMEA Asset Servicing COO SMF 24 in executing oversight responsibilities for Custody Operations in the region, with a focus on Risk & Operational Resiliency. They will be involved in all aspects of overseeing the activities of Asset Servicing COO, providing services for UK legal entities.

This includes the oversight of four Important Business Services – Trade, Payments, Corporate Actions, and Proxy Voting, as well as the ongoing effectiveness of CHAPS UK Cash direct clearing obligations.
