About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Reed on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension. This role would suit an HR professional with a broad range of HR skills and experience, including international exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Director across the full HR spectrum, including employee relations, contract onboarding, and restructuring.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations cases efficiently, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and signing off on contract templates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR support covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, including managing employee relations, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with restructuring process involving personnel adjustments, repurposing, and redundancies, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and the business.
  • Support on various HR-related projects, providing essential research to be presented to the board, and contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on HR-related projects as directed, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
