Criterion Capital Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at our Central London office. As a key member of our finance operations, you will play a crucial part in managing our quarterly lender reporting and ensuring covenant compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to 10-12 lenders, ensuring all requirements are met in accordance with loan agreements.
- Monitor financial covenants, perform detailed analysis, and prepare compliance certificates, proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Analyse financial statements, provide insights on performance and compliance, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for lenders on financial reporting and compliance matters, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Identify and implement enhancements to our reporting and compliance processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within financial reporting or audit, preferably in the property sector.
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and related financial reporting requirements.
- Previous experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, consolidations, cash flows and financial covenants.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Office Based (Central London).
- Salary - £70,000.
