Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Director to join our team at 365 People in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with a passion for performance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom and vehicle display areas.
  • Lead, motivate, and target the sales team to ensure peak performance.
  • Ensure adherence to established sales processes and performance standards.
  • Monitor and maintain above-average customer satisfaction scores.
  • Actively promote the business within the local community.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including timely submission of profit sheets.
  • Oversee staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage in the showroom.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to align goals and drive productivity.
  • Ensure consistent prospecting activities and follow-up targets are met.
  • Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and procedures.
