We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Director Electronics. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base and strengthen our position in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in embedded systems and technical sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering within the electronics or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, including hardware, software, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital tools used in sales management.
