About the Role:

Coram is seeking a skilled Family Finding Social Worker to join our team in the London Borough of Hillingdon. As a Family Finding Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality family finding service for children with a plan for adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and preferences to identify suitable adoptive families.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with adoptive families, providing support and guidance throughout the adoption process.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, Coram staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective family finding and adoption services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the family finding service, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
