Regional Business Growth Manager

As a prominent manufacturer in the playground equipment industry, WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED seeks an accomplished Area Sales Manager to spearhead business expansion across Hampshire and Sussex. With a proven track record of success and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will drive growth, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure our brand remains at the forefront of people's minds.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Managers and Group Commercial Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing close-knit relationships with existing clients, particularly Local Authorities.
- Strategically planning and executing visits to new and existing clients to maintain brand awareness and foster long-term partnerships.
- Providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and territory developments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A competitive salary is available, estimated to be between £38,000 and £42,000 per annum, along with additional benefits such as a company car, commission-based bonus, and an excellent pension scheme.
