Business Development Representative for Housing Sector

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Vistry North West Midlands, with a head office in Wolverhampton and potential for regional travel. This role is focused on driving business growth and expansion in the housing sector, working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the housing market and the skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the housing sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our housing developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and local authorities.
- Provide market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the housing market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
