About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Coordinator at Barnet Lane Clinic. As a Night Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the quality of nursing care for service users during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the quality of nursing care for service users during night shifts
  • Ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and training to junior members of the team
  • Support the Nurses, Senior Nurses, and clinical teams across Barnet Lane Clinic during night shifts
  • Identify and address any nighttime cost pressures and take steps to minimize their impact on the budget
  • Manage staff allocation, redeployments, and daily numbers on the ward
  • Work closely with the on-site staff coordinator to ensure adequate staffing is considered and booked for the night and day teams
  • Provide statistics and reports as required by the Hospital Director/Deputy Hospital Director
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as RMN/RNMH/RNLD
  • First-level nurse with evidence of professional development, relevant skills, and knowledge
  • Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment
  • Relevant clinical experience in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of leadership skills
