Job Role Overview
Oakmoor Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Training Instructor to join our team at a training centre in Scunthorpe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a genuine desire to teach and train others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To train learners towards agreed qualifications in line with relevant awarding body standards.
  • To deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of electrical qualifications.
  • To provide expert guidance and support to learners.

Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working in the electrotechnical sector, with a focus on containment installations, first fixing, second fixing, and inspection and testing.
  • A full UK driving license and use of own vehicle are required.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Full training provided for those without a teaching qualification or assessor award.
  • The opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art training facility.
