Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As an Expert Counselling Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. You will lead and deliver engaging counselling programmes, ensuring that each student receives the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons using a variety of teaching methods, including blended learning and tutorials.
  • Provide personalised guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Create and develop engaging learning materials and contribute to the continuous improvement of our counselling programmes.

Requirements: A relevant Counselling qualification at Level 3 or above, a teaching qualification, and experience in the counselling field and/or relevant industry experience. A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of teaching and learning.
