Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team at a successful Directly Authorised Independent Mortgage Brokerage. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage administration, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of mortgage products and online portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keying mortgage applications into various lenders' systems, including commercial mortgage, bridging finance, and development finance cases.
  • Providing administrative support to brokers, ensuring seamless communication with clients, lenders, and solicitors.
  • Managing client service experiences through to completion, including gathering original documents and uploading them onto the system within compliance timescales.
  • Ensuring all work meets FCA compliance standards and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Assisting the team with other duties as reasonably requested.

Requirements:

  • Mortgage administration experience, preferably in the independent market, with knowledge of multiple lenders' mortgage products and online portals.
  • Excellent English written skills and telephone manner, with experience in dealing with diverse client backgrounds.
  • Technical ability and confidence with mortgage and protection terminology.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, time management, and prioritization skills to complete cases efficiently.
  • Desire to progress in a professional and growing business.

What We Offer:

A competitive basic salary of up to £32,000, negotiable based on skill-set and role experience. A pension scheme, plus benefits including a bonus scheme based on the business' performance, and a company Christmas bonus worth £2,000 each year. This role offers a possible annual OTE of up to £40,400.
