Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their Community Mental Health Team in Kilburn. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support and care to service users, conducting thorough assessments and planning tailored care plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to service users, taking into account their health, social, and cultural needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Valid NMC Registration.
