Job Summary:

Principal IT is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop infrastructure, including PC's and peripheral devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and install PC's and peripheral devices, such as printers, scanners, mobiles, and tablets, in accordance with IT policies and standards.
  • Maintain PC's and peripheral devices through Planned Preventative Maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Provide professional customer service to staff.
  • Participate in the team for ticket resolution.

Requirements:

  • A passion for IT and technology.
  • Experience in a similar IT support role is essential.
  • 3 years of experience in an IT Support Role with some hands-on experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows and some Android/iOS.
  • ITIL Qualification is an added bonus.
