We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team at JW Lees.

As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence and provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members.
  • Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors.
  • Continuously motivate the team to ensure that fresh, quality food is presented each time.
  • Play an integral role in training and development of junior team members.
