As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, supporting with menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen.

You will provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, ensure high standards and attention to detail are maintained, and motivate the team to deliver fresh quality food every time.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our training and development program, helping to shape the future of our kitchen team.
